chipkart – I committed a crime by ordering few t-shirts for my company event through vistaprint. They sent me the t-shirt with L and XL as same size. On contacting customer care they informed that Grey Tshirts are loose. I mean c’mon, i understand they can be loose, but how come L and XL are of same size. Anyways, after lots of e-mail exchanges I was informed that they will have them picked through #bluedart which never happened. Every time I email them a nice voice calls me to inform that they will get them picked in a day or two. It’s been more than 15 days now, but still the pick-up and exchange has not been done. Now all of a sudden I was informed that bluedart has stopped reverse delivery for a week. This is a pathetic excuse, (anyways, #bluedart sucks as a courier company) there are always better courier companies. Think customer service and growing your services.
