I am located in lucknow and my complaint is regarding that i have purchased dummy from Deep mannequins Delhi on 15th oct. and it has sent me the parcel through gati transport on two pay basis on 16th oct. My parcel docket no. was 412387459 which was dispatched from delhi on 16th oct. and was supposed to reach lucknow on 20th oct., which was the assured delivery date given by gati transport. But my parcel was delayed for 10 days of no reason. Everytime i had to make call to customer care to ask about my parcel status. Most of the time they disconnect or didn’t answer my call. I had changed my number several times so that they pick up my call. Later i contacted their head office from where i got the no. of their senior authorties but their response was also not enough satisfying . At last after a week long hectic follow up i received my parcel on 31 oct. at 9 p.m but then also it was pejorative as the delivery man misbehaved with me on asking about compensation. Thus i had gone through immense mental pressure and had to suffer huge financial loss due to delay of parcel. Therefore i want compensation from gati transport.Kindly help.

AS my business suffered a lot because of company( Gati- transport) mistake and i had gone through huge financial loss also i had to gone through immense mental pressure in follow up of my parcel. Thus i want a compensation of 50,000 from the company.
