Amazon Sold Non Functional Blackberry

Dear Team, I am Sumit Kumar Srivastava and I was purchase On 4th of May 2014 online through amazon Blackberry Z10 Handset by my college’s Credit Card on EMI which was Totally EMI amount Was 18500/- Approx.after Few Month Handset swich off and unable to working process.Then I was went to Service Center Lucknow(U.P.) Which was 150 KM for from my Hometown.I was send my college Lucknow. Service center ask that they send for checking to gurgoan and takes after 15 days or 20 days.after 20 days as per telephonic confirmation my cell replace with new cell phone.I many calls and mails to Service center. After No positive response I Take office leave and went to service center physically On 1 Nov.2014 .Then I was found a negative response from service executive and they ask me that u can take after 12th of Nov.Then I ask R U Sure. Then They silent. It Means they also Don’t know status of my cell phone. I Loss my time of Warranty period and mental disturbance.

I want Refund my Money.Because Product is Unfaithful.
