Dear Sir/Madam I am very much pissed with the behavior of the reliance telecommunication services, i m suffering from last one year and trying to resolve this issue. every time i recharge my mobile no 09905438xxx and balance gets debited without any activation of any kind of service. From past a week more than 200 rs has been debited from my account and i called the customer care on 198 more than 20 times but nothing has been done from their side and now they have blocked my number so i cannot reach them. i know many people in my surrounding suffering from the same issue. I want to notify the fact that there are some people in rural areas to, who are victims of such kind of acts and dot have even the knowledge to call to customer care and make any complain like the case with my grand father. Hope you will reply and come up with a feasible solution for all customers including of reliance facing such problems.

I want full refund the debited amount including the promise from their side that it wont be repeated to any of the consumer ever. They should also pay for the inconvenience caused to the customer. There should be a proper hierarchic to listen the complain other than the customer care.
