The bus service is the most horrible in terms of fleet quality as well as customer service. I am travelling from Ranchi to Muzaffarpur in their bus today and the bus broke down almost as soon as we started. They arranged for another inferior bus till Patna and left us stranded there to find transportation on our own. They did not have the courtesy to even provide for another bus. Women and children travelling alone are still waiting for the bus agency to arrange for another conveyence. Meanwhile we are all unable to reach our offices and are missing our deadlines. All the passengers had to literally fight for the refund. After causing so much physical and mental trouble they still had the audacity to not refund the entire amount saying they did get us to Patna (ticket cost Rs. 850, refund Rs.500- after a long fight)! For me, such nonsense is unheard of and I and all other passengers are now very unhappy customers who will never return. Some definite and stern action should be taken against such companies who are openly causing such nuisance and are being negligent to all customer service issues. Hope someone looks into it soon.
