We have booked a tour with CoxAndKings. The details of the trip are – Trip Name – Glimpse of South Africa. Departure date – 17th April, 2014. Initial payment – 60,000(payed on 21st March). Remaining payment(final payment) – Payed on 24th March. Passengers- Mr. Kanti Prasad Jain Ms. Prabha Devi Jain Miss Anushri Jain Issue: Our passport had reached people at CoxAndKings(for visa application) on 1st April,2014. We were told that it takes 10 days for visa approval. Now, they are saying ‘the visa is not approved yet and visa approval is not easy’. We have done everything on time and nothing was done in hurry. We had given ample of time to people at CoxAndKings to complete the procedure. Now, at this moment when we have to depart tomorrow, they are telling us that the visa is not done yet and if you want to travel tomorrow we have to extra Rs 5000/- per person to Visa Office. Please guide/help us with this. Awaiting your kind and quick reply. Still awaiting your reply. Received call from your representative Mr. Deepak that your Visa not received and we are arranging another tour for us. This ridiculous and not expected form company like yours. We had left our home town Dimapur and we left no where and we are at Kolkota Airport. request everyone not to travel with coxandkings
