This is Mr Laiju Mathew, from Kottayam, Kerala State. My complaint regarding to a ‘studio at Manarcadu, Kottayam district, its name is Gee Gee Vision, K K Road, Manarcadu. My father expired on 9th March, 2014 and the funeral was on 10th March, 2014 and we entrusted him (Mr Geemon George) to take the photos of the entire ceremony (the ceremony was decided to commence from home by 9am). But he came to the house at 9.45am and started to take the photos in the ‘middle f the program’. Anyway he started to pick the photos late and we were waiting for the album from 10th March, 2014 and contacted him at his shop, over telephone, mail, etc. but he was just postponing the delivery of the ‘album’, At last he were told me that he will start the work Only, if I give Rs 4000/- . And I given the said amount (the bill is attached) and I asked him a FINAL DATE to deliver the ‘album’. Then he promised me that will deliver the album on 19th (Saturday), April 2014 as my fathers ceremony of 41st day (the day blessing by the priest at cemetery after the holy mass at church) and after the ceremony and church there were a tea party at our house. So, all of our relatives and neighbours were asked the album…!! But I couldn’t produce due to the irresponsibility and arrogant attitude of the studio owner. So, please do the necessary action against him for a decent compensation. It will be appreciable if you could do the necessary action against him as soon as earlier.
