We had planned a Bhutan tour with Geetanjali Tours and Travels Off: N.S.Road Adj: Coal Bhawan Kolkata 700001. Due to political conditions the tour was cancelled and the aforesaid Ms. Jharna did not bothered to repay the refunds. After several visits and after Two Yrs. did I managed to get a part of the share. Now that it is nearing 3 yrs I had not got the remaining money and even threatend. In another case, she had been made to pay the compensation on the Orders of the Consumer Court. Kindly advise how to recover my dues.
