I had ordered jeans from Whaaky.com order no S80375620 on 19th May 2014 the product got delayed and after many calls and mail I got the product on 16th June 2014. When i tried the jeans I found it to be tight and I have spoke to customer service which is very hard to get through the next day about return and refund they told to take a photo of the product and mail to them which I did on the same day otherwise i cannot claim after 48 hours. After that I got a mail asking if i need a replacement i will have to give the size. I mailed back that i need my money back Rs. 1349/- which i have paid via COD but after 2-3 mails there is no response i have tried calling phone no many times no one is responding the call only automated message is given. They have very bad customer service the phone no just keeps us on hold with no response. I want my money back at the earliest. Please help. Gopakumar Nair
