I have bought a Black Coffee Cool Black Trouser size 32/regular fit from the merchant snapdeal.com on may 4th through order id 2777350358. A wrong item (slim fit) was delivered on 12th May. I have been trying to reach them from 12th until today ( 11 days) to return the item and I am not getting a positive response. This was a gift and I couldn’t gift it on time. It costed me money (phone charge) and time following up all these days.

I want my money to be returned as soon as possible.
