I had bought a Gem batteries Model No –IT-150AH on dated 15th August’12 from your dealer M/S Kirti Electronic,-7 /36, Lakkar Mandi Oliya Road,Chhipitola, Agra- 282001, Invoice No 242 As desired, we requested for service many times from last one year but no one move, above battery warranty period is 48 months provided by your company, but from one year battery performance is very pathetic. It is working with two fans load only 02 hrs even after full charging. I am not satisfied with this battery performance, because when I am facing problem last one year how can it work for four year. Please refund the money back & take it my battery. I hope its batter for both us to make the relation break because I have done the big mistake to buy a Gem battery as brand loyalty.
