i have sent 36 used house hold items from 53a/a3, mayur vihar phase iii, delhi to amplamathundil house, irumpanangadu (po), ezhukone (via), kollam (dist) kerala (state)-691505 vide geo roadways consignment note no.1080 on 25.05.2014. the representative of the co was mr. thomas and mr. rajiv. i am assured that the same will be delivered in 14 days. to my utter surprise the same delivered after 25 days that too maximum items in broken conditions & unpacked. while unloading the items we found that one packet containing almost 50 nos of clothes including about 20 sarees, 10 lady suits & sweaters and new dresses of children about 20 in nos. one packet was totally broken and that they put in a jute bag and from the same bag few items are lost. i contact the people responsible and til today they haven’t ready to trace the undelivered items and no positive action were taken so far. they made a practice to not attending my calls also.
i want this packet to be delivered at me or else suitable compensation of the brocken items and lost items with immediate effect. since he has purposefully cheated me by not giving any solutions or compensation and he insulted me and my people who have followed this matter may be punished with other penalty as desired by the respected court with immediate effect.
