Transcend – RAM modules didn’t work – Review

I bought 2xRAM modules 2 years ago. Both the RAM modules didn’t work now so I found out the service centre for transcend and gave the Fault RAM (2 nos.). They asked me to come and collect after 45 days. After 45 days I went there but the office is shifted to somewhere else without any notice. Then I contacted the transcend global support and got the address of the office. I went there and I asked for my RMA’d RAM. They said all the records in the computer is erased and the employees are changed so they have to file a new complaint. But they said you can keep the old acknowledgement. Then they asked me to come after 2 weeks. I went there after 2 weeks today i.e. 18.07.2014. They again shifted the office and there is no notice of where it is shifted. When I tried to contact the customer support of the transcend, they said they are not responsible for the service of the product as they have given it to the third party. No body is helping me. Its 4 months gone since I given my RAM and no action is taken yet.

I need the replacement RAM
