I purchased bacca bucci shoe from deal guru, getitbazaar. I paid the amount online. Its been 9 days, but i have not received the order and they are telling me that they didn’t receive the amount. Initially when i mailed them, they asked me for transaction id, then they said they will ship the product. But till date i have not received any.

Now they are telling me that they canceled the delivery and also they didn’t receive the payment. order No DG022559 and my transaction reference number is:413317482052

I want my money to be refunded immediately..and also because of them I didn’t handover the product in time o my friend.and mental tension from past 9 days about the delivery.So I need double the amount and also sorry from the group.
