Airtel 4G LTE Poor Speed – Dongle Replacement – A Review

This is to bring to your kind information that I’m a customer of AirTEL (Airtel no: 8585808057, Kolkata circle), using 4G LTE (warless internet) dongle since December 2012. Recently this dongle is not working well, frequently disconnecting and very slow. I made complaint on 02-05-2014 (complaint no: RANDE 40502584250) and no result found, finally they suggested to change the dongle and I’ve to pay full amount. I replied that, 1.5 year back I’ve invested 4500/- for dongle, so it’s not possible for me to change the dongle every year, Please disconnect my connection and send me disconnection note and final settlement by your associate, I’ll pay him cash. Again I wanted to confirm with them on 13-05-2014 (reference no: 56251440) and confirmed that they will send me final settlement with disconnection letter. Today on 22-05-2014 (reference no: 56372450) when I asked them (Mr. Sandip K) for final settlement, they are ignoring the matter and saying that, this will take another billing circle/month, that means I’ve to pay two months payments approx. Rs. 2,344.96/- without using their service with defective equipment . Sir/Mam I request for your justice, please do the needful at your earliest. Regards, Mridul Mondal

Invested 4500/-(approx) in December 2012 to buy Airtel 4G LTE, Now they are saying to buy new dongle which i’m not interested, told them to disconnect my connection. They’ve already delayed one month which Monthly charge:1,222.48 and trying to delay another month. two months rental will cost more than the dongle cost. If they are not able to provide service then why I’ll pay monthly charge.
