Hitach Split AC – After Sales Service – Review

I had purchased a hitachi make split ac on 27.09.2013. I logged the complaint for no cooling on 24.04.2014 vide complaint No.14042403332. The technician visited my home on 26.04.2014 and remove the fan blade, as it was faulty. He assure to replace it by next day. But till date no replacement made by company. i already mailed five times but still no reply. I also contacted customer care trice but of no use.

For the last one 1 month i am living without an Ac in this hot summer. Which resulted irritation. and tension for me as i am a Hypertension patient. I want replacement of my part at earliest and compensation for one month not being used.
