The company was going to arrange a stay at one of the malaysia’s best resort but according to the terms and conditions of the package the company must be informed 21 days before the stay ,so i decided to drop the purchase as we were very late.The executive of the company fraudulently asked me to ignore the terms and condition and told me to do as per my need which i separately had given in writing and when i made the payment he just refused to comply with all his promises ….i have an email of the company promising me my booking on the particular date into the same hotel as a proof
I am seeking all the damages and compensation as far as possible
