I have a vodafone post paid connection number +919833005xxx. I have received my April months bill where there is a discrepancy. There is an ISD call (on 15th of April no: 38973296010) added in my bill which i have not made (Refer my attached)communication from Vodafone. This call was not made by me and Vodafone is un-necessarily charging me for the call which i have not made. I have raised few concerns whit Vodafone but they have not provided me the proof’s yet 1. I had never asked for an ISD activation on my number, then why this IDS call was activated 2. I had asked them for the call recording to confirm if it was from my phone 3. I had asked them the details of this call like which area, which circle and which device number was used to make this call they have not provided any such information up till now.

I want the ISD changes to be removed from my account. I am ready to pay my normal bill for which i have used Vodafone services
