Thefragrance9.com – product was never delivered

First of all, sorry that I was forced to select a “Brand” in the above window. And since the Brand was not listed, I have selected randomly to “Chipkart”. Here is my complaint… I have ordered two perfumes which cost me 3000 rupees, from Mr. Pramod Sharma through his website [http://www.thefragrance9.com/] on January 25th 2014. Payment was made through CCAvenue portal [http://www.ccavenue.com/] But the product was never delivered. After two weeks which was the promised delivery period of the product, during February 2014, I have contacted the merchant continuously on his personal and official email id’s(pramod@thefragrance9.com, info@thefragrance9.com, order@thefragrance9.com) and over the telephone nos on his website (0987076xxx/ 09833071xxx/ 09821234xxx). Most of the time he does not pick his cell phones at all. But once when I got him over telephone he informed me that it will be delivered soon, but yet it was never delivered. Again after 1-2 weeks when on further contact through emails, Mr. Pramod informed me that he cannot deliver the product and will do refund of my purchase if i want. On March 13th I got a message from CCAVENUE services (from service@ccavenue.com) that merchant have initiated a refund request on your transaction. I thought finally that atleast I will get my money back. That transfer amount had never reached my account. On April 7th I messaged both CCAVENUE (to service@ccavenue.com) and Mr. Pramod Sharma together, and at that time to my surprise ccavenue person replies me “The refund mail is sent to you erroneously”, and the merchant has not initiated the refund request at all. I think this was also a part of FRAUD by Mr. Pramod Sharma along with CCAVENUE person. Again I contacted Mr. Pramod Sharma many times and on April 20th I got a mail from him telling that the website cannot deliver products currently and if you want, a refund can be arranged immediately. I sent back the reply to that mail through all the three email id’s I have of Mr. Pramod. And this time to my utter most horror GMAIL was replying me that those mails cannot be delivered to the recipient’s because the recipient server is rejecting all the emails. I tried to send the mails asking for my refund many times after that. Also tried to contact him over the three telephone nos he provided. But he did not reply to any communications. And currently when I am checking online, his website “http://www.thefragrance9.com/” is also not loading. It shows that my browser cannot find his website. All the interactions regarding this issue has been tabulated in a PDF file and I have attached it here with the complaint. Please find that attachment file.

Considering the time and effort that I have put to look after this matter, I want the merchant to provide my five times the money that I have paid to them. That is 15000 Indian Rupees. It is not that I will not be satisfied by the money that I have paid to him forgetting all the difficulties that the merchant has caused me regarding my money, my mental frustration and all. But this should set an example to other online merchants so that they will not become a FRAUD merchants and cheat innocent people of our country. Its people like this who makes citizens of our country think that online transactions are always problematic. Any such persons or organizations which stand in the way of progress of this country should brought before the public and sufficient punishment should be given so that other people should think twice before they try to fool innocent people and continue with their fraud activities.
