To, The Manager, IRDA Sub:-Transfer/ Delete my URN Respected Sir, I Chandramani Pandey applied for ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE insurance agent and held exam for insurance agent on 30-07-2013 but i failed in exam. So, I want to transfer/ delete my URN and I had applied application letter on 30-10-2013 for transfer URN to ICICI PRUDENTIAL . But my URN is not transferred (REALEASED) to till date 11-07-2014.
