Dear Sir,

I have 2 mobiles bearing numbers 93438 85601 and 93438 85602 having Reliance Prepaid account.
For last 1 year I am facing this problem.
Automatically and without any notice, my mobile gets subscribed to some unnecessary service packs and money gets deducted towards that.
Also, I will not get notified of this subscription – I get to know about this only after money gets deducted suddenly.
When I contact customer care, they assure that, in future this will not happen.
I have been putting up complaints with them regarding this for very long time. Inspite of all this, I am still getting deducted of my money.
And also, once it gets subscribed and the money gets deducted, they will not be able to refund the money back.

I want your help in getting this problem solved.
