Dear Sir,

I purchased a Dell laptop recently.
Before purchasing, I had enquired with them regarding the features.
They had mentioned that the said laptop will have 320GB harddisk.
But, after getting the laptop, I noticed that it has only 290GB.
Immediately I contacted Dell customer care and technical support.
But, they are not ready to accept any complaint.
And they are telling that, no laptops will have the harddisk size that is shown in the complaints.
Now, I am left with this smaller harddisk size and not able to put up a complaint with them.
I need your assistance in getting this resolved.
