The harddisk size of newly purchased laptop is smaller than the one shown in quotation

Dear Sir,

I purchased a Dell laptop recently.
Before purchasing, I had enquired with them regarding the features.
They had mentioned that the said laptop will have 320GB harddisk.
But, after getting the laptop, I noticed that it has only 290GB.
Immediately I contacted Dell customer care and technical support.
But, they are not ready to accept any complaint.
