I have purchased a laptop from dell in aug 09 model studio 1555 and they given me late delivery of the laptop. after getting the laptop with 15 days it stopped working then they had changed mother board of my laptopn then after that 3rd its again stopeed working they again changed the mother board as well as heat shink. Again afetr 10 days on 23 nov it stopeed again then after lots of discussion the are agreed to replace the laptop and told me that I will find new one with in 35 days. then I had called them back on 30 nov then they said it will take 30 days more. Then again I have called them on 1 dec then they had changed the date agian to 45 days. Again I called him on 14 of dec then they said within 4 days there guy will come and take you laptop after 15 days you will get new one. Then on 23 dec I again called then they again told me we need more 4 days now today is 28 no one has came even no one has responding from Dell.
