We had booked 2 kg fruit cake on 25 Jan which we cancelled on same day after an hour. Against which we deposited 200 rs in advance which while cancelling the person confirmed to get redeemed on our next visit probably. We also received a call after couple of days to get the same redeemed. But when we went for the same the manager abused and insulted us. He also said that this money cannot be redeemed now.

We want a written apologies from them.
