Lumia 535 Faulty Product – No Refund

I purchased Microsoft Lumia 535 on 02-02-2015. After 5-6 days of use its display got blank. I submitted it to Nokia (Now microsoft) care for repair under warranty on 09/02/2015 with jobsheet no. 113433527/150209/024. I was asked for a time of 7 to 15 days for its repair. After 15days I visited twice to collect my phone but I got response that phone is still under repair and they cannot say when I will receive my phone back. When I contacted Microsoft customer care on 25-02-2015 complaint no. 1-15888469229 They assured me that they forwarded the matter and I will get a call back regarding the matter in 24 hours, but I did not received the call I again contacted the customer care on 27-02-2015 and I again I was given assurance that I will receive the call in 24 hours but I have not received any call from them on 28-02-2015 even 24 hours have been completed.

Neither I have not received my phone till date 28-02-2015 nor I have any information when I shall get my phone back. I had asked for the replacement of the phone if It is not getting repaired on time but again they are unresponsive over the matter. I want replacement of my phone and as a compensation I want Rs. 20000
