I had ordered a Pendant from gitanjlishop .com on 23rd June. My order id is 90000 02456. The product no SN925YADP 00492XJK clearly mentioned that the weight of the product is 0.45 gram. I am also attaching the screenshot of the same. This order was delivered to me on 31st July and i was shocked to find out that the pendant was of 0.31 gram. i am again attaching the product image along with the guarantee card and bill which has 0.31 gram very clearly written on it. I don’t how a brand such as Gitanjli is dealing in such a haphazard manner.
