I bought a new mobile on 20-07-2016 and I have encountered a screen a defect in my Mobile Phone Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and it is a manufacturing defect by Samsung as many people are facing the same issue with S7 Edge. So i went to service center of Samsung to claim my warranty by they refused to replace my screen saying that i had a very small dent on one side of phone and that now because of it my warranty is void and they will not replace the screen and told me contact call center of samsung. Unfortunately they even denied my replacement saying that the issue of screen is caused by that small dent on the side which is completely false reason and i said that i would now approach consumer court and they replied it is ok you can.

The new screen of My Mobile will cost more that Rs. 12000/- being a manufacturing defect why should i bear it.
