Glass Top Gas Stove Model GT 03 L SS purchased through CSD canteen vide Bill No.036875 dated 05 Aug 2013. One Burnes is leaking and Gas smelling. Coplaint Registered with Prestige Service vide Complaint No.12229 dated 30 Sep 2013. Again reminded twice. No body turned and the coplaint has not been attended to till date.

An amount of Rs. 4542.56 paid for the stove. Transportation cost Rs.500 and off loading charges Rs.200 paid. One Gas cyl leaked amounting Rs.979.50. Telephone charges and interest on the amount to be paid by the company.

Repay the amount and other charges I have paid.
