have been using, mtnl internet connection.its a horrible experience.no one come to repair on complaint. my internet is not working for the last one month.I have complained 30 times in the last one month but no one come.I visited their office 20 times they wrote my complaint but no one came so far.kindly help me.I have been paying my bill but there is no service

I couldn’t work for office. I cant send or recieve important mails.I have lost my time and money going to internet cafes and also paying my bills

I want my money back which I have paid on bills and still dont recieve the service.
