On 11th Sep-14, i got a call from Globleskyshop.com and the representative was Vikas kumar / Vikas Singh. he offered me to purchase combo 5 from Globleskyshop.com for 3299 which was comprising of products (American Tourister Trolly bag, laptop bag and free assured gift.) i have made payment of Rs.3299 from HDFC netbanking which got successful and representitive asked me for free gift draw information that i got eligible for Free jewelry set.
On 15th Aug 2014 got a call that they cannot provide me product i booked because they don’t have the free gift and need to choose other product, i got a choice as Dell Inspirion 15r 5521. I agreed and made payment of Rs. 8000 as netbanking from AXIS Bank as per the below details Order ID : ORDS40105900 Transaction ID : 27515887 Payment gateway : EBS Payment confirmation number AXIS BANK :115330975. Globlesky.com is still denying that they have receive the payment, i confirmed with EBS helpdeks for the payment successful and as a part of proof i received merchant id number :20140816175807 of globleskyshop for 8000 payment. Vikas kumar told me that they have not received the payment and if its deducted from my account will get refunded back by 48 days, which never happened till date. I still not received either purchased products or my money.
I am wishing, whatever the products that has been offered to me should reach to me or want my entire money get refunded along with interest. i lost total Rs.3299 (Combo price) + 8000 for Dell inspiron 15r 5523.
