I am using Tata Sky DTH service and for past few months I am getting signal problem even in very good weather condition. Whenever I complain to their customer care service they say that our Technician will visit and there will be charge of Rs.170 and even after that there is no guarantee.I have raised complain about the same in the month of November [SR08111 41251908] as well. After which it got fixed automatically. They have made this as business. I would seek your help in resolving this kind of issue with such companies. They are just looting the common people.
