Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased a pair of shoe from Globlite website (Order No. 1000 08449) on Thu, Dec 17, 2015 for Rs. 449 but after delivery of shoes I realized size problem and request for a replacement or return cashback. I return the same product on the given address by their customer care (Globalite Retail, Gurgaon-122001)by speed post(Tracking ID EP328454574IN) on Dec 22, 2015 and it charged me Rs. 103 more. After this I follow up with customer care through email and telephone for my money return but not received any satisfactory answer. Always told will return till 1-2 month etc. And finally website and their contact nos. also came in not working condition after 2-3 months. Later it seems email ids and website support has been changed as per new website record(OLD website was globalite.in but later it redirects to globalitesport.com). Email also bounces back. Sending you email communication and other supportive documents as an attachment for your reference pls.

It cost me more than 600 rs. and the lot of harassment since last 6 months. I loss my shoes , money and even my courier charges. pls punish this brand.
