Hi I have requested to disconnect my Reliance Net connect(93431 90102) but the customer care guys are not taking this request … instead there are forwarding my call to concerned person .. again that person is forwarding my call to another concerned person and then keeping my call on hold for more than 20 mins without taking my request.. I have given call as many times… but same thing I have wrote the mail also but till now I have not got any proper response from them… becoz when iam not using the Netconnect why should I pay my bills … As iam travelling abroad on my official work… Kindly help me to sought out this issue

In my life time I do not think any of the service provide as irritated us like this More over they have already disconnected the my 3G data without informing me … move over iam getting the bills for which I have not used.. but then too I have paid the bill NOW WHEN I AM TELLING THEM TO DISCONNECT THE SERVICE THERE ARE NOT TAKING ANY ACTION IT HAS BECOME A MENTAL STRESS TO ME
