Respected sir, I would like to inform you that 8 days ago my mom have purchased a new reliance 4G jio sim card by preview offer.. but still its not activated ..no msgs arrived on alternate number.. I have gone to jio care near kalyani , muzaffarpur, bihar 2 3 times but still they are not activating it. Still No msgs arrived on alternate number. Bar code is valid till 2nd September. Its 29 Aug already. So please activate it. They always saying wait 2 3 days but its not activating. Sim is on name of Sinha Jio Phone number 7004595273

my no. is 70176100765 and 12 days are going to take the sim but i have no order msg or no any msg and my sim is not till activate after 12 days than what can i do ? so i request please activate my sim and 1 september is last date of my code.
