I had purchased a Samsung Refrigerator model: 345 liters bearing number RT36JSMFESZ from Mahavir Electronics and Furniture, Pune on 28th April 2015. The refrigerator had not been utilised for more than six months as family abroad. The refrigerators panels that hold the fruit trays and butter trays had started cracking. Launched complaint with Samsung Co. in March 26 ’16 before warranty expired. Samsung gives 10 years warranty on compressor which a movable part and not on fixed parts as thermo formed panels that hold tray – surprisingly. Samsung technicians pasted some sliders that are falling apart and Samsung Co. is not ready to replace the refrigerator after request was made. Samsung has extended the warranty by a year additional year which is now April 28th 2017. Now that the Samsung Co. is not ready to replace the refrigerator or refund the money I would like to file a consumer complaint against the company. I would like to know how the problem be resolved.

Economical damage is MRP of the refrigerator model RT36JS MFESZ 345 litres capacity plus mental agony compensation for Rs. 20,000/- plus litigation costs that will be involved.
