Dear Concern, I would like to make my complaint as follows: i have booked my flight from Delhi To Mumbai for me and my wife for 04 th May 2015 via flight no Go Air G8-344 ,the PNR Nos is G8-U9OJHM at 22:15 hours. After the booking the doctor has confirmed that my wife Dr. Gargi Mayank is Pregnant and she has strictly advised her to not to travel especially by air till Mid May. On 24th of APril, I have mailed the details and the medical letter to Go Air for Cancelling my flight scheduled on 4th May and refund the entire amount of fare on medical emergency. After the mail, I simply got the acknowledgement and no other communication from that side. On customer Care also, they are simply making the matter here and there. I am not able to receive any concrete reply from them. This making me into trouble; as the date if travelling is coming near in next 4 days. Kindly take Proper action as they do not know how to cooperate or reply the customers. This is resulting into unnecessary harassment for me Thanking You Mayank

I want my tickets to be cancelled in 24 hours without any charge on them. As this is a medical urgency and medical certificate is also send to Go Air
