We had booked 4 passenger tickets ,(2 adults and 2 children) through ibibo.com on 31st march for which We did receive the PNR and SMS from the bank intimating the use of the credit card.Thinking that the process will take a little time, we followed the above said booking with another booking of 3 more passengers, which however got the confirmation in a few moments. The passengers on both the tickets are divided from one group traveling together. However the opportunists at ibibo got what they were seeking for and confirmed only the latter transaction and aborting the former, in spite of cleared payments from the bank, very well aware that the two transactions had same surname passengers traveling in the same flight and putting us into an awkward situation of either canceling or accepting. In both cases the travel portal ibibo makes a jackpot by cheating consumers like us.
