Godrej AC – Remote Control Technical Issues

I purchased a split AC (product code No. 14000025750) on 04.05.2014 (Bill No. 8720801910). Since beginning the remote was not functioning properly and finally after 45 days it stopped working. I launched a complaint for change of remote on 28.06.2014 (Complaint No. 556588) to Godrej care. A person from godrej service center came on 29.07.2014 and took the remote. The person assured for the immediate replacement, but unfortunately till date they haven’t responded. Without remote I cannot use the AC as it is fully automatic working with the help of remote. Forcefully I had to spend my whole summer without AC. Each time when I track my complaint the person at Godrej call center gives me a telephone number to which no one responds. I don’t Know whom to contact because even the higher management people never pickup the calls neither they give any response. In-spite of having new AC I am not able to use it without remote. The person from the service center always gives a same reply on my call that the product is out of stock and never says exactly when could I get the replaced remote.

Replaced new remote or if not available a new replaced AC which have a good working remote.
