Purplle.com – Products not delivered, Refund Refused

I have ordered products form Purplle.com on 5th Aug. 2014.Order no. is 20140805281259, total amount of rs 715 only.They were supposed to deliver within 4-6 business days.On 11th Aug after 8 days of placing the order I sent an email and called them number of times.On 13th Aug they sent me mail.They have processed the order on 13th only instead of 5th Aug and within 12 working hours I will receive an email confirming the tracking details.After 24 hours when I called them they did not say anything and said we can not help you and you can go to consumer forum.

Today they said they will refund my money after harrassing me so long.They disconnected my phone call and when I wanted to talk to the senior they refused.

I want compensation for harassing me and holding my money for so many days without letting me know the exact reason.
