Last year I bought a LG FHD LED and with that i got a free HD DTH box and engineer from videocon came tio installa it and since that day every couple of monrths i had to call videocon in respect to picture quality issue which became an ongoing issue and multiple engineer came to fix it but n joy. Finally when i escalated this matter this year engineer came and pointed out that antenna is not correctly installed. All the engineer who came before just used to tweak something and told me that issue is resolved and go and after week or so the same issue with picture quality used to come up and there has been days where i was not able to view anything due to poor signal strenght.

For the above mentioned problem I had to take leave from office and also the last visit when my issue got resolved where the engineer reinstalled rthe antenna correctly, I had to make conference calls with Kedar joshi who is the assistant manager who knew everything but offered little help and I had to coordinate with the service center as they sent wrong engineer who knew nothing as to what needs to be done. Finally after long discussions finally the engneer came and Kedar Joshi promised me that no charges would be applicable as this is an ongoing issue and the product was out of warranty. But as usual another false promise money got deducted from my videocon account and I had to call up again to get this fixed. It has been a nightmare.
