Micromax Canvas HD – Mobile Switching Off Frequently

I have purchased Micromax Canvas HD-A116 on 31/08/2013 with 2 year warranty from “The mobile Store” (Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai) and I have been facing repeated issues from the date of purchase. Below are the details of issues. 1. Cell battery change doesn’t extend for 3 hours and was informed as software issue ( took 1 day to fix – service center @ Chennai ) 2. Mobile getting frequently off and the service center people have reloaded the software and closed the service request even though I asked them to keep the call under observation ( took 3 days– service center @ Chennai ) 3. Same issue got repeated again next day (getting frequently off) and Service center has replaced the Main Board ( took 2 months’ time – service center @ Chennai ) 4. After replacing main Board , new issues started. Power Button doesn’t work and Cell is unable to recognize the SIM ( 2 weeks and still issue is worked on – service center @ Bangalore ) I haven’t used the cell from the day I purchased and I can’t really count how many days I have visited the service center. Yesterday, the service center (Mobileseva, Marthahalli- Bangalore) people have informed issues are addressed ( replaced power button and SIM slots) and same issue repeated when I was verifying it , in front of them. The cell was again given back to them for service and I believe you could imagine how much pain I am taking for this. I request you do the needful to replace the cell.
