BSNL – Plan changed without Intimation

I am Using BSNL broadband Service for the past 4 years Plan name : Combo 500 where usage for 2AM to 8 AM is free of charges but in my recent bill tht i recevied on august 2014 , they have also charged for Night Usages between 2AM TO 8AM , There was no prior or Proper initimation about the plan changes where in my Bill it was metioned “usage charges introduced for night usage w.e.f. 1.7.2014” which is not suffecient for an customer to understand what changes they have made effective and it was mentioned in some were corner of the bill

Becasue of lack of proper communication , i inquired a loss of some amount for Broadband usages. This issue is applicable for all the users of the plan
