I have purchased GODREJ FF FR1 RB EON NX 405 SD COSMOS INX from Vasanth and Co in Tambaram, Chennai. As per the product feature given in Godrej Website, this particular model has following features, Motion Sensor for Zone Lighting Tower LED Fold-able Wine Rack Partitioned Veg Tray Separate Fruit Tray However i could not see all of them in the fridge delivered to me, for example Separate Fruit Tray and Fold-able Wine Rack is missing from it. I have escalated this to Vasanth and Co sales rep and Godrej POC in Chennai. None of them are giving me a suitable response or taking the delivered piece and giving the right version of the product. You can verify the given features of this model in Godrej website in below URL; shop.godrejappliances.com/godrej_refrigerators/nxw.html. Could you anyone support me to resolve this issue? I have purchased it on 22nd Oct, till now the dispute is not resolved by either vasanth n co or Godrej team.
