I bought 3 godrej security alarm on jan 2010 (2) and May 2010 (1). In the first 2 items one is working well till now. the other worked only up the guarantee periof of 1 year and started giving trouble from May 2011. again and again I gave mails and get it corrected by paying Rs.500. every time with receipt. But in 2012 Dec they have taken the one part and said they will replace it by Mar 2013 but still not replaced. again I contacted by jan 8 one Mr prabhakar contacted and no information or in person till now. Now I wanted to make it correct my 3rd alarm installed in my tenants house as they may go out of station. now u know very well the condition of thefts every where with all facilities also we can’t leave our house without tension. they themselves doesn’t know what is the problem with the instrument. I am having all the papers I will submit it whenever u need.

I want they can correct it without giving false alarm or they have to pay me back the amount I spent and the service charges I paid everytime for the past 3 years or so. As I was out of india for some time and I installed another device for my house only. I want that instrument to be removed from my house as it gives trouble to close the door and whatever maximum they can do can be done for me. For the past 3 years my tension is so much.
