my wife (Namita) booked her return travel ticket (makemytrip booking I’d Nf2201936661308) for herself and our new born daughter (Shreaysi) through Indigo PNR W3DHRN. while the booking confirmation shows both names, on check in Indigo asked infant tkt charges at the counter. on showing the itinerary they asked to get money refunded from make my trip. on intimating make my trip they assured they will revert back to solve the issue. on the same line while returning we verified with indigo to confirm if infant tkt is confirmed to which they gave affirmative response. again at the time of check in, they asked us to pay money for infant tkt causing uneasy situation before travel. this was again treated in the same way by makemytrip & indigo. more over indigo did not accept he payment by card and they insisted on cash payment on both the incidents. on repeated verification and after long time make my trip and indigo has returned the access money till date. this has caused a lot of mental torture and trouble and the service providers did not meet the basic service expectation required for consumer.

2000 rs excess money charged. Two months of time of delay for reverting back on issue. trouble caused at the time of check in by indigo on both the occasions asking money only by cash during travel.. time taken for frequent communications to makemytrip for sorting the issue
