I purchased Datawind upislate 7c (Tablet Phone) on 2-3-2013. That Tablet is not working now. Receipt Date 4-9-2013. Ticket Id: 0902TN256. He sent that repaired tablet for service from chennai to head office situated at Amrister (Punjab) 3 month before. But still it is not serviced at head office. I called to head office more than 30 times, and i sent e-mail also. when ever i call to service centre, they are telling that you will get your tablet in 7 days after serviced. simply they are telling that wait for 7 days, you will get it surely. I paid Rs: 4999/- for that new tablet. I need same amount as refund or otherwise new device replacement (Model 7c+ center camera) . if not possible please send my device after serving in good working condition (including Battery Backup also). Battery may be in dead condition due to idle for more than 4 months. so after serviced in good condition i expect.
