I am not getting my refund on my PNR “BH1FYA”. @Goibibo – Inefficient and misguiding Customer Support. Worst support I have ever experienced in my life. The information which I receive is inconsistent every time I call up customer care. when I called up customer care on 11/12/14, I have been told that Goibibo has received complete refund from SpiceJet and initiating refund to my credit card to reflect amount in 5-7 working days. After 6 working days the information I received is they have not received any amount from Spicejet. Find attached document, which shows spicejet has refunded amount to agency (here in this case Goibibo). When I call up spicejet, they are not taking complaint just because refund status is completed on their portal. Your customer care has completely misguided me and your making me to pay extra amount of more than Rs.1200 late charges and interest amount on my credit card. If your customer care had given me correct picture on refund status.

I could have made alternative arrangements to pay credit card bill. @SpiceJet – I want confirmation whether real money has been transferred to Goibibo? Why are you not taking any complaints when we call up customer care if the portal is reflecting refund status is completed and not received by agency? Either of you are taking responsibilities. At the end consumers are suffering with worst kind of experience. I want to correct picture on refund status. Again received email from Goibibo on 12/25/14 stating they have received money from airline and they are processing the refund which would take 5-7 working days. But email from goibibo on 12/30/14 states they have not yet received amount from airlines and asked me to wait until they receive refund amount. Spicejet says they have already refunded amount to Goibibo and Spicejet is pushing me to get it from Goibibo.

I want to reprocess my refund as soon as possible along with interest accumulated on my credit card
