I had booked for the ICICI insurance and since there was no response for few days i called them to cancel my booking on the context that they promised that they will refund full amount. They agreed on call and i have mail reference where i have recorded this. NOw they are asking me that they will deduct 3.5 thousand. This is not professional and they should revert back.They are holding back my 15 thousand rupees.

These kind of banks should provide the way of working.Why they are allowed to have their own say in every thing and customer is always harnessed mentally and through cheating.
