I am having Aircel Postpaid Connection for more than two years. Nearly for one year service was worst & billing not good . So I decided to change to prepaid for five numbers.8012161000, 8012162000,8012163000,8012164000,8012165000. My nearest dealer for aircel (Kumaran cellcom) refused to give me forms to change to prepaid. So i Contacted aircel directly. They said to get fill forms from nearest aircel relationship office and they will change that. But staff(Jayaram) refusing me to give forms and saying there is no such options.

Rs.10000 for making me all round with out changing to prepaid. Severe action against staff. Because many persons in my locality reporting same problem with him.
